Today, Dec 20 at approximately 5pm, I was CHARGED DOUBLE the listed amount for my purchase.
The giant flat screen display behind the counter clearly states Super Boof for 400 Baht per gram. (See photo).
I ordered 1 gram of Super Boof and handed the woman a 1000 baht bill. I expected 600 back as change. She gave me back only 200.
When I brought this to her attention, she said that display is the old menu. I said to her that they really need to update or remove the display which clearly says 400 baht. Not 800 like I was charged.
I am clearly DUE A REFUND of 400 baht.
I went back into the store a few minutes later and asked if there is a way to contact the owner. I asked for a business card or an email address. She said there was is no way for me as a customer to contact the owner. That is when I took a photo of the display and then left, PISSED OFF.
It's incredible that they would be okay KNOWINGLY OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS in this manner.
