I placed an order online for a new Arizer Solo 3. When I arrived at the shop my order was ready for pick up. Kondee and staff have great customer service and are quick to respond to any questions and to make sure you leave with what you need. All products I purchased were of great quality. Also, love that they have local delivery as an option. I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable vaporizer supplier in Bangkok.

Pretty low-key herb & equipment shop, not a touristy place which I liked. It’s in a quieter commercial area so you can actually chill without crowds. The guys working there are super relaxed and easy to talk to. They let you smoke inside, but cigarettes have to be outside. Overall just a comfortable spot to hang out and grab stuff.
Next Bangkok trip, I’m coming back here for sure.

Original: Very disappointing experience — product issue and no resolution
My experience with both Kondee420 and Dynavap has been very disappointing. I purchased a Dynavap G3 through Kondee420, and the product is not working as it should. From the start, the performance has been inconsistent and not in line with what was promised.
I reached out to the shop to request a return within the stated return policy timeframe, but they were unwilling to take the product back or offer a proper solution. I also contacted Dynavap directly by email to explain the situation, hoping the manufacturer would stand behind their product.
Unfortunately, neither side has provided a satisfactory resolution so far. Being sold a non-working product and then facing resistance when requesting support or return within policy is extremely frustrating.
I hope both the retailer and the brand improve how they handle customer support and product accountability in the future.

I came for a replacement glass stem for a Arizer solo vape. Very difficult to find in physical shops in Thailand. I am on vacation, so I did not want to wait few days for delivery. These guys had the glass stem in stock and at a very good price. They also had other stem types. I will comeback to check them out.

Extremely sloppy job. Clerk forgot to ship my package on the first night. The second day I was waiting all day(over 6 hours) for the shipping code that doesn't exist. That is when he realized he forgot to ship it, then he had to late-ship it that day at 8pm, meaning the package will be spending another 24 hours collecting dust at the drop off point, all because the clerk couldn't bother to look into my request the moment I asked for it.
