Hiring this company was the single worst decision I made all year. Their technician was rude, clearly unqualified, and more interested in texting on his phone than doing the actual job. He left early, saying everything was “all set.” The next morning, the entire system failed. I called the office, and they accused me of tampering with it. Are you serious? They refused to fix it, refused to send another tech, and told me I had to pay again if I wanted further service. These people are thieves. They have no customer service, no integrity, and no shame.

This company is dangerous. They don’t follow safety protocols, they don’t respect your property, and they don’t care about fixing the issue properly. The guy they sent left exposed wires in my home — and I have children. When I called to report it, the manager said, “It’s not our problem anymore.” Excuse me?! You create a hazard in my home and brush it off like nothing happened? That’s criminal negligence. I’ve reported them to the licensing board and am preparing a legal case. This company should NOT be allowed to operate.
Their website is full of false advertising. They boast “five-star service” and “certified professionals,” but what they actually deliver is sloppy work, untrained staff, and complete disorganization. The technician didn’t even have the tools needed to complete the job. He left halfway through to “pick up parts” and never came back. I called the office — no answer. I emailed — no reply. I finally had to hire another company to finish what they couldn’t. And guess what? They still charged my card. This isn’t just bad service. This is borderline fraud.
