I was quoted $199 over the phone, but after the inspection, the technician said I needed emergency repairs or my system could “pose a danger to my family.” The new price? Over $2,300. I was panicked and pressured into agreeing. Later, I brought in a licensed contractor who told me all of it was unnecessary — I was lied to and manipulated. I called the company demanding a refund, but they claimed I had already signed and there was “nothing they could do.” Avoid these predators at all costs. They exploit fear to make a profit.

I hired them to fix a small issue. By the time they left, my house was in worse shape than when they arrived. They scratched my floors, damaged a wall, and left trash behind. Even worse, the technician used MY personal towel to wipe down his tools and then threw it in my sink. I was appalled. I contacted their customer support with photo evidence, and their response? “That’s not our responsibility.” I now have to hire another company to fix what they ruined. Their staff has zero respect for your home, and their company has zero accountability.

I paid a $750 deposit for a service that was supposed to take place the next day. I stayed home all day, waiting. No call, no email, no one showed up. I called the office repeatedly and kept getting vague answers like, “Let me check,” or “We’re looking into it.” Then, silence. A week has passed and I still haven’t heard a word. I now realize this company is a scam. I’ve submitted a complaint to the BBB and initiated a chargeback with my credit card company. If you value your money and sanity, stay FAR AWAY.

The technician arrived over 4 hours late with zero communication, didn’t apologize, and acted like he was doing me a favor. He didn’t have the right tools, kept stepping outside to take personal calls, and clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He “fixed” the issue in under 20 minutes, but the problem came back even worse within 48 hours. I called the company and they told me I’d have to pay again for another visit. WHAT?! You didn’t fix it the first time! This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with — they take your money and leave you worse off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
