Perfectly cooked steak, very nice cuts. You can choose from the available weights. The fries are amazing too, actually one of the best I had so far.

Große Empfehlung! Super leckeres und hochwertiges Essen und auch das Eis ist ein Traum! Beste Pommes 🍟 Preise sind pro 100g und man kann sich das Gewicht aussuchen.

Sieht unscheinbar auf dem ersten Blick aus, aber wir hatten das leckerstes Steak (wagyu Ribeye) was wir je gegessen haben. Super nette Bedienung.

Amazing food and amazing hospitality! I was craving steak and decided to stop here - I’m so glad that I did. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. I ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and onion rings. I really loved the red spicy sauce. It had the perfect amount of heat. The steak was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes melted in my mouth and the onion rings were literally the best ones I have ever eaten. You can tell the food here is made with love. The owner was super friendly and he even let me try a dessert item that he was testing out. It was a Thai version of a key lime pie and was so delicious. As an American, I was delighted bc it tasted just like back home. I told him to add it to the menu haha. Next time I visit Koh Tao, I will 1000% stop here again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every aspect of Buds is the real deal. The food is far beyond the quality of restaurants I’ve been to during my stay in Koh Tao, and the staff are kind, approachable, and filled with loads of stories and great chat. Whether you get dessert, regular menu, drinks, or the weekly special, you won’t be disappointed!! A favorite pairing of mine is the Lemon Butter Shrimp with their homemade Cafe De Paris sauce and a fresh slice of Tao Manao Pie (their take on key lime pie) to follow. The pic includes a finished ice cold draft beer, the mentioned Tao Manao Pie, and the Wagyu Pad Kra Pow with fried duck egg special to-go. Cheers!

Absolutely my favorite place to get food on Koh Tao. Realized I've become a regular, so it's about time for a review! The owners care a lot about this resturant, & it shows. Everything I've had here has been super savory. Waygu, burgers, sausages & drinks: all 10/10 & cooked to perfection. Also ask for a slice of the key lime pie; they nailed it 🎯🤤❤️.

Been wanting to try this place for weeks after hearing so many good things, and wow—it absolutely exceeded expectations! We shared the hanger steak with mashed potatoes and mushrooms, plus the sausage platter, and every bite was incredible. Honestly the best steak we’ve had in Koh Tao (and we’ve been here over two years). The service was just as impressive—Matt welcomed us like old friends and made us feel right at home. The wine was also a solid 10/10. Quality and experience make it fantastic value for money. Definitely one of my top 5 restaurants in Koh Tao. Can’t wait to come back!

Very, very good food, great service, and the owner was a delight and very nice to talk to. Try the hangar steak with Parisian sauce, the key lime pie, and the salted butterscotch ice cream. Sooo good! Hard to describe. I had wine as well as a second dessert! The owners helped me so much a few days ago after I had a scooter crash nearby, taking me to the hospital, and following up to make sure I was okay. Five stars for kindness! 😘❤️

Tried Buds for the first time tonight. We had the hanger steak and ribeye with triple cooked chips, onion ring and cafe de Paris followed by a key lime pie cheesecake. Steaks were good to perfection and the sides complimented the dishes perfectly. With few places to get a really good steak on the island this place really stands out. Nice atmosphere and a very warm welcome from Matthew the owner. They also have a good selection of ice cream and the old fashioned cocktail was spot on. Highly recommended and will certainly be back.

Hatte Gestern ein Super leckeres Essen bei Buds Bar n Grill, es hat alles gepasst,der Besitzer und seine Bedienung sind sehr freundlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Kann jedem der Ko Tao besucht nur empfehlen den Laden mindestens 1x zu besuchen. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen. Danke für dieses geschmacks Erlebnis. Liebe Grüße Sebastian

The wagyu beef kraprao is probably one of the best. It is authentic and amazingly delicious. The sausages are also terrific. The ice cream is a recommended. It is bot too sweet. We went there for lunch so we did not try their steak. The staff/owner are cheerful. We had a great time.
