I’ve been here many times and used to have a good impression. The owner seemed kind when I met him once, and the staff were friendly at first. But my last two visits were really disappointing. The service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, with no smile at all.
When I asked a question in English, the staff responded in a harsh tone and told me, ‘You understand Thai, tell me what you want.’ As a foreigner who is not fluent in Thai, I did try my best to speak Thai, but it felt like I wasn’t able to use English at all, which made me uncomfortable.
I didn’t expect the customer service to be this bad, especially since my earlier experiences were much better. I hope they improve, but I won’t be coming back.
