I’ve ordered drink by GRAB - Self pick up. When I visited the shop, female staff has rejected to prepare my drink. She said because Grab driver must to pick up, not pick up by customer own.
I explained that I paid money by GRAB However she keep refusing to prepared my order.
I reported and claimed this happen to GRAB, hope they refund money.
So bad and sad experience.
