I recently visited Eat Smith with my family and had a mixed experience. While the food was enjoyable, the service fell short of expectations. We experienced significant delays in receiving two of our four meals, with the fish and chips and chicken salad taking a notably long time to arrive. What's more, other customers who arrived after us, received their dishes before we did. The staff we interacted with seemed disengaged and unfriendly, and when we requested to speak to a manager, no one came to address our concerns or apologize for the wait. Given the issues we encountered, I would suggest that Eat Smith focus on improving their service standards, including staff training and communication. With some attention to these areas, I believe Eat Smith could provide a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers. If they just apologized and gave as an honest reason to why the food was delayed it would have been better.

มา 2 ครั้ง ก็ไม่ประทับใจ ทั้งสองครั้งเลย เข้ามาโต๊ะแรก และมีลูกค้ามาหลังจากที่เราสั่งอาหารแล้ว แต่โต๊ะที่มาที่หลังได้อาหารก่อนเราพนักงานไม่แนะนำอะไร ถามอะไรก็ไม่ค่อยตอบ ครั้งแรก รออาหารนานๆๆๆๆมาก ทุกคนกินหมดไปเกือบครึ่งชั่วโมง อาหารของแม่ยังไม่มา แกงเขียวหวานบอกไม่เผ็ด เพราะต่างชาติทาน น้องบอกได้ค่ะ แต่มาเผ็ด ครั้งที่สอง ก็เหมือนเดิม คิดว่าทางร้านจะปรับปรุง และเทรนด์พนักงานให้ดี มีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าที่ผ่านมา แต่ไม่เลย
