I ordered 3 grams of a specific strain, only to be given something entirely different and unidentified. This was a major inconvenience as I had specifically chosen that strain for its effects and characteristics.
Adding to my frustration, I discovered that the shop's warranty policy didn't accommodate my situation. As a traveler, once I left Nongkhai, returning to the shop for a refund or exchange became impractical, if not impossible.
Furthermore, my visit was marred by the presence of loud teenagers who seemed to be distracting the staff. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in what should be a reputable establishment.
In conclusion, while there are some positives to be found at Sweed shop, such as the friendly staff and prime location, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their product quality, customer service, and ambiance. Perhaps on my next visit to Nongkhai, I'll have a reason to change my review to a more positive one.
