A friend and I stayed on Koh phangan for 2 weeks and Kwan (shop owner) took extremely good care of us. She has the lot too, mopeds, coffee, teas, sodas. Plus she can get amazing Thai food ordered in store for you! Lounge out with Xbox and a massive tv too Kwan herself is the best! The quality of the green was outstanding and Kwan was always eager to get our feedback to better strengthen her supply at the PLUG KPG. Located right on haad Rin Kwan has pretty much everything you need from a coffee to a moped and an early morning smoke! Highly recommend.

Rented a bike from here and had an accident. The owner was excellent with us and spoke to the mechanic in front of us. The mechanic quoted 5000 THB and the owner chipped in 1000 THB as goodwill. Highly recommend this place. Completely different experience to another customer who left a bad review on here complaining about 700 THB. The owner and his wife were more than fair with me.

We rented a bike from this place. Big mistake. The owner is himself genuine and helpful person. But it's the owner's wife/partner that has no idea about how to talk with customers. There was a barely noticeable scratch on the bike and she charged us for the entire part (700 baht). We tried to reason with her but she was borderline abusive and kept saying let's go to the police station. Since our ferry to Koh Samui was leaving in 10 minutes, we had no choice but to be conned. Otherwise, we would have definitely talked with the tourist police. PLEASE AVOID renting bikes from this place. This was our only bad experience in the otherwise beautiful and tourist friendly island.
