I really enjoyed my time for the full moon party but the main highlight was coming to this place looked after by a thai lady that was working there didn’t really catch her name but she even held on my book that i left there and gave it back to me i can’t recommend this place any better very good product for a very affordable price 

Rented a bike from here and had an accident. The owner was excellent with us and spoke to the mechanic in front of us. The mechanic quoted 5000 THB and the owner chipped in 1000 THB as goodwill. Highly recommend this place. Completely different experience to another customer who left a bad review on here complaining about 700 THB. The owner and his wife were more than fair with me.

Been smoking in Thailand for a week and the smokes have been above average. Came to the plug in Koh Phangan and their top shelf flower was by far the best i’ve come across so far. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and excellent service.

We rented a bike from this place. Big mistake. The owner is himself genuine and helpful person. But it's the owner's wife/partner that has no idea about how to talk with customers. There was a barely noticeable scratch on the bike and she charged us for the entire part (700 baht). We tried to reason with her but she was borderline abusive and kept saying let's go to the police station. Since our ferry to Koh Samui was leaving in 10 minutes, we had no choice but to be conned. Otherwise, we would have definitely talked with the tourist police. PLEASE AVOID renting bikes from this place. This was our only bad experience in the otherwise beautiful and tourist friendly island.
