Le service est un peu long mais la nourriture en vaut la peine c’est tres bon et savoureux et les portions sont généreuses !
We really enjoyed going to the restaurant. The place is really nice and most of the time the restaurant is really full of guests. It is located directly at the street, but it does not really matter because it is not so loud. To be honest: the food is VERY good and additionally very cheap (really nice for everyone who wants to save some money or who is backpacking). The portions are really huge. We went there 5 times while our stay on Ko Tao :)
Burger ohne sauce, pommes waren trocken und dafür über eine Stunde gewartet..
Laut Personal hieß es, dass wir 1 Stunde auf das Essen warten müssten, was kein Problem für uns war. Leider mussten nicht nur wir knapp 2 Stunden warten. Das Essen war ok.
Die Bedienung ist absolut lustlos. Man wartet über eine Stunde auf sein Essen und muss zum Bestellen und Bezahlen an den Tresen kommen. Die Portionen waren groß, der Preis günstig. Vom Geschmack her durchschnittliches Pad Thai.

The guy taking orders took his sweet time as well. Took about 15 minutes after receiving the menu to get them to take my orders.

Waited 2 hours to get our food. When I asked how much longer it would take, they said it was almost ready. But it wasn't. People who order take away food get their food way faster.

Essen schmeckt Mega, zumindest alles was vegetarisch ist. Man darf sich lediglich auf eine längere Wartezeit und das Bezahlen am Tresen einstellen.
Well, Bam Bam finally did it. They forced me to write them a review. I do not understand why this place is so popular. The various burgers with fries, particularly the satay and chicken burgers, are pretty good and good value, but everything else we've had is mediocre at best and what I had today was downright terrible. And the service is AWFUL. Honestly the worst service anywhere I've been in Koh Tao. The employees, one in particular (and if you've been you probably know who I'm referring to), seem like they would rather be doing anything other than help you. It wasn't even busy when we arrived today and it took an hour to get our food. If this place wasn't so close to where we lived we would have stopped going a long time ago and I think today will probably be the last time.

Best thai food on island by car! Cheap and authentic! Highly recommen massaman curry
Had to wait an hour for our food then when it arrives both meals are wrong. Ordered fried glass noodles and got yellow noodles and the other dish was missing an egg we paid extra for. Ordered take away so didn't check the food before we had left...They we're also out of the drinks we ordered but didn't tell us until the food was ready and we did not feel like waiting longer for a new drink order.
The food was not worth the trouble and no apology from the waitress.
Comida rica, a muy buen precio. El lugar tiene un ambientr familiar que me encanto. La mayoria de locales en Koh tao comen en este sitio, mejor señal que esa no existe. Tiene tanto comida Asiatica como Occidental, lo que se agradece mucho.

I ordered a beef burger and this is what they put in my table. I dont know exactly what is that but im sure is not beef. By the way we was waiting 40 minutes for the order. If you apreciatte your time dont go this place
