Good food, but be prepared to wait an insane amount of time for your food

Got the tofu yellow noodles and vegetable spring rolls. Was delicious and a generous portion for both. My partner got the pad thai and onion rings— huge portion !! Also the passion soda and mango banana smoothie were great . Defo recommend this place :) free drinking water too.

Edullinen suosittu ravintola, jossa todella isot annokset. Suosio näkyi välillä tilauksen pitkänä odotusaikana, mutta silti halusimme syödä täällä useana päivänä. Alkupalat niin isoja, että menevät myös pääruoasta. Rento tunnelma.

Cheap and very good thai food, would definitely recommend this place

Comida con mucho sabor! Hay que esperar un poco por los platos, pero merece mucho la pena. Riquísimo todo!

You have to try mashed potato w chicken or vegetable when you come here! Sooo good! Be prepared to wait an hour but honestly so worth it. Just bring cards and good company.

Slow service, GOOD FOOD

Atmosphere is great because it's on Koh Tao and it's a beautiful island. However that's the only good thing about this place. Staff are super inattentive and will ignore you when you're standing in front of them. I ordered a beer and an appetizer and asked to keep the menu because I was waiting on a couple friends. 45 mins later still no beer or appetizer. So I left. Spoke with the dive masters at my school who live on the island. They concurred that this restaurant is terrible and is always like this, they never go there despite living on the same street. I understand customer service changes from country to country and culture to culture, but blatantly ignoring a customer standing in front of you because you'd rather be looking at your phone is universally bad service. Do not eat here.

Le service est un peu long mais la nourriture en vaut la peine c’est tres bon et savoureux et les portions sont généreuses !

We really enjoyed going to the restaurant. The place is really nice and most of the time the restaurant is really full of guests. It is located directly at the street, but it does not really matter because it is not so loud. To be honest: the food is VERY good and additionally very cheap (really nice for everyone who wants to save some money or who is backpacking). The portions are really huge. We went there 5 times while our stay on Ko Tao :)

Burger ohne sauce, pommes waren trocken und dafür über eine Stunde gewartet..

Laut Personal hieß es, dass wir 1 Stunde auf das Essen warten müssten, was kein Problem für uns war. Leider mussten nicht nur wir knapp 2 Stunden warten. Das Essen war ok.

Die Bedienung ist absolut lustlos. Man wartet über eine Stunde auf sein Essen und muss zum Bestellen und Bezahlen an den Tresen kommen. Die Portionen waren groß, der Preis günstig. Vom Geschmack her durchschnittliches Pad Thai.

One of the best restaurants on the island! The food is reasonably priced and the portions are big. I highly recommend the smoothies! 10/10! Sometimes the service is a bit slow but still a good choice!

Food took over an hour to serve. It was also cold when it reached my table. If it’s busy it’s fine, but could’ve used a headsup. The guy taking orders took his sweet time as well. Took about 15 minutes after receiving the menu to get them to take my orders. Taste of the food was good though.

Food was really tasty. Bit long waiting for service, but overall it was a good experience.

Waited 2 hours to get our food. When I asked how much longer it would take, they said it was almost ready. But it wasn't. People who order take away food get their food way faster.

Essen schmeckt Mega, zumindest alles was vegetarisch ist. Man darf sich lediglich auf eine längere Wartezeit und das Bezahlen am Tresen einstellen.

Well, Bam Bam finally did it. They forced me to write them a review. I do not understand why this place is so popular. The various burgers with fries, particularly the satay and chicken burgers, are pretty good and good value, but everything else we've had is mediocre at best and what I had today was downright terrible. And the service is AWFUL. Honestly the worst service anywhere I've been in Koh Tao. The employees, one in particular (and if you've been you probably know who I'm referring to), seem like they would rather be doing anything other than help you. It wasn't even busy when we arrived today and it took an hour to get our food. If this place wasn't so close to where we lived we would have stopped going a long time ago and I think today will probably be the last time.
