Great store, great products, person who served me knew all about the products and what would suit me best. Had a great time 10/10 buds. Would absolutely recommend and will be back

BAKED 🤫🍁

Hiring this company was the single worst decision I made all year. Their technician was rude, clearly unqualified, and more interested in texting on his phone than doing the actual job. He left early, saying everything was “all set.” The next morning, the entire system failed. I called the office, and they accused me of tampering with it. Are you serious? They refused to fix it, refused to send another tech, and told me I had to pay again if I wanted further service. These people are thieves. They have no customer service, no integrity, and no shame.

This company is dangerous. They don’t follow safety protocols, they don’t respect your property, and they don’t care about fixing the issue properly. The guy they sent left exposed wires in my home — and I have children. When I called to report it, the manager said, “It’s not our problem anymore.” Excuse me?! You create a hazard in my home and brush it off like nothing happened? That’s criminal negligence. I’ve reported them to the licensing board and am preparing a legal case. This company should NOT be allowed to operate.

Their website is full of false advertising. They boast “five-star service” and “certified professionals,” but what they actually deliver is sloppy work, untrained staff, and complete disorganization. The technician didn’t even have the tools needed to complete the job. He left halfway through to “pick up parts” and never came back. I called the office — no answer. I emailed — no reply. I finally had to hire another company to finish what they couldn’t. And guess what? They still charged my card. This isn’t just bad service. This is borderline fraud.

If you’re thinking about hiring this company, stop now and run the other way. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. The technician was two hours late, reeked of smoke, and acted like I was wasting his time. He didn’t explain anything, barely did the work, and left in a rush. What’s worse, he overcharged me — and when I called to dispute it, the receptionist laughed and said, “Well, it’s already done.” That’s their idea of customer service?! No follow-up, no accountability, no professionalism. Just take your money and leave you in the dust. Disgusting.

Everything about this company is a scam. The initial quote they gave me was affordable, but once they arrived, the price jumped by over 200%. I was told I “needed extra work” that wasn’t disclosed before. Under pressure, I reluctantly agreed, but the service I got wasn’t worth a tenth of what I paid. The technician did a half-baked job and vanished. Within a week, everything stopped working again. When I asked for a refund or even a revisit, I was told it would be “another full service charge.” Are you serious?! They’re dishonest, shady, and should not be trusted with anything more complicated than flipping a light switch.

This company is a complete joke. I paid for a premium service, and what I got was an untrained technician who looked like he learned his trade from YouTube. He fumbled around, kept “checking his manual,” and made so many errors I had to stop him mid-job and ask him to leave. He seemed irritated that I even asked questions. Later, I learned he installed something incorrectly that could have led to a serious hazard. When I called the office to complain, the manager dismissed my concerns and said I “must be confused.” What kind of response is that?! This company doesn’t care about professionalism or safety — they care about taking your money and disappearing.

This is hands down the most disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with. I booked a service two weeks in advance, confirmed the appointment twice, and still — NO ONE SHOWED UP. No call, no text, no email. I rearranged my work schedule, canceled plans, and waited around for hours for absolutely nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone, they gave me a half-hearted apology and tried to reschedule me for three weeks later. Are you kidding? You waste my time and expect me to come crawling back? Absolutely not. This company doesn’t value customers, doesn’t know what accountability means, and certainly doesn’t deserve your business.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had with any service company. I scheduled a basic service appointment for a Tuesday between 10 a.m. and noon. I took off work and waited — nobody came. No call, no email, no update. I finally reached someone around 3 p.m., who said the technician would arrive “within the hour.” That hour turned into five hours. The tech eventually showed up after 8 p.m., unapologetic and clearly in a rush. He spent 15 minutes on the job, told me it was “good to go,” and left. The next morning, I found out the issue was still there — unchanged. I called to report it and was told I’d have to pay for a second visit. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time, money, or sanity on this unprofessional disaster of a company.

These people are dangerously incompetent. The technician they sent scraped my newly painted walls, cracked a tile in my kitchen, and even knocked over a bookshelf while dragging in his equipment. When I pointed it out, he shrugged and said “it happens.” Are you serious? I took photos and immediately contacted the company. Their response? “We can’t confirm our technician caused those damages.” WHAT?! I watched him do it. They refused to accept responsibility or compensate me. I’ve had to pay out of pocket to fix their mess. Never, ever again.

I was quoted $299 for a full inspection and cleaning. Once the technician showed up, I was told there were “unexpected issues” and that I needed an “emergency deep cleaning” for $950. I felt pressured, and the tech made it sound like my entire system could fail if I didn’t do it immediately. I agreed. Big mistake. After barely 45 minutes of work, he said it was done and left. Within two days, the same issue reappeared. I’ve been calling ever since. No answer. I emailed. No reply. They ghosted me completely. I now realize I was scammed. They’ll take your money and run.

I wish I could give negative stars. I hired this company for what I thought was a simple kitchen remodel. It turned into a 4-month-long nightmare. They quoted us one price and then tacked on hidden fees without informing us until it was too late. Their team damaged our brand-new hardwood floors, painted the walls the wrong color — twice — and even installed the wrong countertops. To make matters worse, the workers were careless and unprofessional. I found cigarette butts in my garden, loud music blaring during work hours, and trash left behind daily. When I confronted the project manager, he shrugged it off and acted like I was being unreasonable. It felt like they were doing us a favor, not the other way around. The finished product looks rushed, sloppy, and entirely not what we asked for. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Choose someone else.

Where do I even begin? This was hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. They were supposed to arrive between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. — I cleared my entire schedule. Not only did they not show up, but I didn’t get a single phone call or update. I called the office seven times and kept getting told someone would call me back. No one ever did. They finally showed up at 4:45 p.m., unapologetic and completely unprepared. The technician was rude, smelled of cigarettes, and clearly had no idea what he was doing. He “diagnosed” the issue in 5 minutes, charged me $375, and left. And guess what? The problem wasn’t even fixed. I’ve since hired another company who told me the original guy made it WORSE. This business should be ashamed of themselves.

I was lured in by a coupon for a $149 special. Seemed simple enough. Once the technician arrived, he “found problems” that needed immediate fixing. Suddenly my bill was $1,175. I was shocked and said I needed to think about it. He said, “If you wait, the price goes up to $1,500 because I’m already here.” I felt completely trapped. He played on fear, urgency, and guilt. I later found out from another company that none of the so-called issues were real. These people are con artists. Stay far away.

They “fixed” my system in less than an hour and charged me $700. Not only did the original problem come back, but their poor work caused a new leak. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the issue wasn’t related and that I’d have to schedule — and pay — for a new visit. Excuse me? You caused the issue. I now have a soaked wall and a system that’s worse than before. This company is reckless, careless, and refuses to take accountability. I regret ever letting them into my home.

They promised the job would be done in two visits. I’m now on visit number six, and it’s still not complete. Each time, it’s a different technician, each one more clueless than the last. None of them seem to know what the last guy did. I’ve been told, “We’ll finish next time” — five times. I’ve taken multiple days off work and spent nearly $2,000, and I’m still left with an unfinished, faulty system. I tried contacting management — no reply. They are either lying, wildly unorganized, or both. The worst part? They act like this is normal. Avoid this circus at all costs.

I’ve never been so insulted by a customer service representative. I called to report that the technician never showed, and the woman on the phone had the nerve to blame me. “You probably missed the call,” she said. I showed her proof that I’d received nothing. She sighed and said, “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” Then hung up! I was shocked. This company has no accountability, no respect, and absolutely no idea how to treat customers. I’m telling everyone I know to stay away. They don’t deserve to be in business.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my own home. The technician was aggressive, talking down to me, ignoring basic etiquette, and even refusing to wear shoe covers — tracking dirt through my entire house. He left trash behind, used my bathroom without asking, and slammed the door on his way out. And to top it off? He didn’t even do the job properly. The issue came back within a day. I called to complain, and they said they don’t offer refunds. No apology. No respect. No professionalism. I felt violated and ripped off. Horrible company.

I was quoted one price over the phone and charged triple by the time the technician left. He kept adding on “urgent issues” that needed immediate attention. He said I had a serious safety hazard and used fear tactics to convince me to say yes. I later had a second opinion from a licensed contractor, who told me none of those issues were real. I was manipulated, overcharged, and misled. This company uses pressure, fear, and confusion to extract money from vulnerable people. Disgusting behavior.

Not only did the technician show up late, but he also acted like I was a bother to him. He barely explained what he was doing, rushed through everything, and was clearly annoyed when I asked questions. After 30 minutes, he said the job was done and left. The next morning, I had the exact same issue — nothing had been fixed. When I called to ask for a return visit, I was told I would be charged again. I paid for a job that was never completed. This company doesn’t solve problems — they just collect money and vanish.

I hired them for a basic service, and they ended up causing over $1,000 in damage. The technician cracked my tiles, scratched the wall paint, and left boot marks all over my carpet. I even have photos of him dropping a piece of equipment onto my hardwood floor. When I called to report this, I was met with rudeness and denial. “We can’t prove that was us,” they said, even though I had timestamped photos! No refund, no apology, no responsibility. I now have to pay out of pocket for repairs. This company doesn’t care about customers or their homes. Absolutely disgraceful.

I scheduled a service and paid a $500 deposit up front, thinking this was a reputable company. Big mistake. The technician never showed on the scheduled day. When I called, I was told he was delayed and would come the next day. The next day? No show again. I called again — this time, no one picked up. I’ve now been calling and emailing for two weeks and haven’t heard back once. They’ve completely ghosted me. I was scammed out of my money and left with a problem that’s still unresolved. This company is dishonest, untrustworthy, and should be reported for fraud.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company, ever. They promised professional service, fair pricing, and expert technicians — they delivered the exact opposite. The technician showed up two hours late with no tools, no uniform, and no idea what he was doing. He gave me a ridiculous quote that was five times more than what was advertised, then rushed through the work in under 30 minutes. Within 24 hours, the problem was worse than before. I called to complain, and they told me follow-ups are “not included” and that I’d need to pay again. They’re not just bad at what they do — they’re thieves, plain and simple. Save yourself the stress and money. RUN AWAY.

I hired them for a simple job, and it turned into a complete disaster. They broke part of my equipment, denied it, charged me for it, and left with the job half done. When I called to get it fixed, they refused. When I asked for a refund, they laughed. I now have photo and video evidence, plus signed statements from a witness, and I’m pursuing legal action. This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate. If you’re considering using them — don’t. You’ll regret it, like I do.
