Super cool swanky new bar with good vibes and amazing bbq food! Some nights they have fire shows and DJs playing, open til late and has a good selection of drinks for very reasonable price!! Definitely worth checking this place out

The food is great, the prices are great, and the staff are so lovely and inviting (especially as I am travelling alone, I have found this has been a great place to meet some new people).
It is right in the middle of Pantip Market, and one of my favourite things is the air conditioning, which is so needed after walking around the market in the sometimes unbearable heat! The lay out is also really comfortable with great seating, so you can just chill with a nice drink or grab some food in comfort after a hot day in town.
The staff there are so lovely. Olly (the manager) is always there with a big smile on his face and makes me feel so welcome and included whenever I go there.
I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!

Dropped by LA Total tonight and damn — that BBQ hit the spot. Everything on the plate looked and tasted legit. Tender grilled chicken, juicy skewers, big buttery potatoes, and fresh salad that actually had some crunch to it. The shrimp? Spot-on with that grilled BBQ flavor.
This place knows what they’re doing. If you’re after proper barbecue on Koh Phangan that feels like something you’d get at a serious steakhouse, this is it. No shortcuts. Just real food with real flavor.
Drinks were on point too — strong pours, balanced flavors, and served fast. Perfect way to wind down the day. — ask for the Olly Special. A perfect Vodka x Gin mix perfect for your warm up or late nights.
Always good catching up with Olly — one of those people who makes the place feel like home without trying too hard. That combo of great food, solid drinks, and good people is why I keep coming back.
If you’re on the island and you want BBQ done right — not tourist trap stuff, just proper grilled meats and solid plates — give LA Total a go. The prices are fantastic too!
The food is miserable, the photos are misleading, I ordered a salad with potatoes and eggs, I received mashed egg!!!!! and with dubious meat juice...it was disgusting.

Я заказала салат с курицей по совету подруги. Вчера она ела этот салат и он ей очень понравился. На фотографии меню и в описании к салату среди ингредиентов есть авокадо и пита. В моем салате не было авокадо и питы, только огурец, помидор, курица, листья салата и обжаренный обычный белый хлеб. А у подруги вчера и авокадо был в салате, и пита. Тот салат, который сделали мне, совершенно не стоит 200 бат. Поэтому больше не вернусь!

Amazing food, gem of the island :)
Had a meal here and really enjoyed it. It was a simple dish but every well made with a great taste. The only negative was the small tins of beer and no bottle's.

This place is new and doesn’t have a lot of people yet. The owner is a great friendly man, who always offers free compliments. The cocktails are great, especially shots/nalivki/nastoyki, which is very rare for Phangan. I like that we didn’t even have to order, the owner understood everything without words and didn’t allow my glass to be empty. Fantastic

Good music, 80 baht pints of fraught Heineken. Cheapest I’ve seen. All cocktails are all 100 baht and very professionally made. Great spot to come and chill.
