The place itself is quite nice and could be a fun spot, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
While playing snooker, a ball accidentally fell on the floor. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the woman at the reception became very upset and abruptly decided that we were no longer allowed to play — even though we had left a deposit on the table specifically for situations like this.
Overall, the staff member came across as tense and unfriendly, which really brought the mood down and took away from what could have been an enjoyable experience. With better customer service, this place could be much nicer.

חיפשתי כבר תקופה בקופנגן מקום טוב , עם מחיר טוב ותמורה טובה, הגעתי עם חברים ומצאנו חנות שמציעה מחיר מעולה ותמורה לא פחות מצויינת, ויש מבחר, ויש מענה להכל, תודה רבה היה מצויין, הגעתי לשלושה שבועות והתארגנתי לכל התקופה🤩
Very good place, I was searching for a good price for good quality, and I found an amazing place with all the things i need, and the weed is excellent, and price is more then fair, I came for 3 weeks and bought there for all my stay in kho phangan, thank you very much🙏🏻🤩
