He helped to book the best seats to witness the cultural programme and the transportation to and from the venue was seamless. Our group of 6 friends booked with this tour company through our hotel. We went to the water falls and elephant sanctuary and basically had both to ourselves. Beautiful park where the falls are. Incredible to walk in. Looks slippery, though is not. Very unique experience. The folks at the elephant sanctuary were so informative and very caring of the animals. We fed them, played with them and then went in the river and bathed them. They topped the tour off with a great lunch afterwards. What an experience!!

The owner is very kind and knowledgeable and speaks English very well. Answered all our questions and provided valuable recommendations. Must visit if you come to Chiang Mai!
