The best dispensary shop in all of Koh Chang hands down. I’ve stopped in every shop in white sands, kai bae, and lonely beach and 7th heaven was always the best. Both locations, white sands and kai bae, have been nothing but a pleasant experience with knowledgeable staff, great promotions and excellent product.
