Subject: Feedback on Product Quality and Service<br>I visited your establishment on 28th May around 4:00 PM (2:30 PM IST) and purchased a gram of sativa strain with a high THC content. As a casual smoker without the necessary equipment, I decided to crush and roll the cannabis on-site. To my surprise, I discovered several seeds within the crushed bud.<br>Upon researching, I learned that the presence of seeds in cannabis is undesirable. Seeds indicate that the plant was pollinated, leading to a diversion of energy from cannabinoid production to seed development, thereby reducing THC potency.<br>I promptly brought this to your staff's attention. After a brief wait, I was offered a refund, which I accepted. The staff collected the crushed bud and processed the refund immediately.<br>While I appreciate the refund, I am disappointed by the oversight in quality control. The presence of seeds not only affects the product's potency but also reflects a lapse in quality assurance. This experience led to unnecessary travel and time spent, which could have been avoided with more stringent quality checks.<br>I hope this feedback prompts a review of your quality control procedures to ensure that future customers receive products that meet the expected standards.

I think the edible is a scam. The cookie sold in your store contain only 10mg thc. It does no effect to experience user. And the staff told me to eat half. The store and staff have great passions with the service. And the store look great. But you should really make more doses on a giant cookie like this. 300baht for 10mg thc. It’s really not fair for the customer.
