店員蠻熱情直接開始介紹，但第一個店員英文沒有很好，感覺也沒有很專業，另一個來協助的東方臉店員英文好很多，介紹產品也很專業，買完之後直接卷，也是十分鐘內完成取貨。 產品展示方式是一罐一罐的放在櫃台上，但缺點是沒有產品介紹牌，有介紹的型錄厚厚一本，可是很不直覺，想找到你要的品種要找一陣子，我們那天買的說是剛進的，裡面也找不到介紹。 店面裏燈光沒那麼亮，但也不暗，調得蠻舒服的暖色調，整店色調為棕色木質調跟橘色，店內擺放超級多周邊商品，也有飲料食品零食等等可供購買，就是蠻全面的一間店，抽菸的地方在店外的吸煙區，抽完之後可以回店內休息，有大沙發可以直接龜著。 買了 S-class，995/g，嗨的，抽得時候味道還好不會不舒服，也沒有說很嗆，但上頭的之後頭暈暈的，很像宿醉，感受沒有很舒服，也不太適合抽完移動。 整體來說是一間值得造訪的大店，但貨的品質可能要挑一下，不建議第一次買就買貴的品種。
