Outstanding coffee

What a little oasis on a hot and humid day. Welcoming staff, a cool facecloth to wipe my hands and neck. My green matcha Latte was delicious and my husband approved the coffee, so it must be good.<br>Nice relaxing music in the background, feeling calmed already!<br>We ate here 2 days later. We both had the spaghetti bolognaise. We would not recommend the food to Europeans and westerners. Koreans/Japanese may be more used to this type of sauce.

Best coffee in Pattaya

My baristas were Memo, Ball, Mint and Jay; all of whom were friendly, English speaking, and knew their coffee craft confidently. Memo had a lovely slight British accent, though she is Thai. I suspect Ball is an undiscovered artist or secretly Samurai. I felt very welcome and took the first stool by the entrance and enjoyed doppio in separate cups, how I like it. The brew was like Brazilian quality, with a European cafe spirit, and American friendliness. Prices were better than fair when you realize your proximity to the world famous Pattaya beach.

When I travel I always seek out local coffee shops and this one did not disappoint! You can tell that they really care about their craft. The details they put into the presentation down to the wood block with wet hand towel & wooden stir spoon. Its Japanese flair with the service ware is just something to be respected. Very good coffee and nice people. I would say it’s a must try if you are in Pattaya especially staying anywhere near Soi 7 to Soi 10. Just a short walk but it’s hidden down a non busy street on Soi 12. I feel lucky to have found this shop. I would book again at Hermann hotel to just so I can sit here every morning for coffee. Must try!
