I was there to test some weed. They showed me their indoor and greenhouse product, I picked indoor. At home I opened the bag and it looked like the greenhouse product. The quality was awful anyway.<br><br>That day I also ordered clones. They delivered the clones 3 weeks too late and they were also infested with bugs. I forgot the name of those bugs but no way I put those things into my indoor grow. Some of the leaves have already been eaten by the bugs.<br>The next day I sent the clones back but I never received a refund, so I lost even more money on lalamove.

The weed great. That's where the pros end. The support service in the Line app is terrible, or rather, it doesn't exist at all. The operator answers only once a day and then disappears until the next day. The responses are very long and there is no feeling that a giant like Green House cares about their customers. The feeling is that they don't care about the customer. I hope the management will pay attention to my comment and the operator in the Line app will start doing their job properly and respond in a reasonable time, not the next day. I suggest improving the customer service of your employees. So far, the attitude of the operator on the Line app is absolutely spitting. Terrible experience.
