I really wanted to like this shop because the staff seemed friendly at first, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Although they tried to accommodate me, the service I received was unhelpful and disorganized. It felt like the team wasn’t properly trained or aware of what was going on. I appreciate that they made an effort, but effort alone doesn’t make up for slow service, lack of clear communication, and the feeling that I wasn’t really being listened to. In the end, I left without finding what I needed and feeling frustrated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving training and organization—because with better service, this could be a great place to shop.
