Guten Tag, Dieser Besitzer dieses Ladens, Besitz ein Motorradverleih neben an, jedoch ohne Googlemaps Punkt, deshalb kommt hier meine Rezension! Ich hatte leider eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit diesem Motorradverleih. Schon beim ersten Kontakt war der Besitzer extrem unfreundlich und wirkte von Anfang an genervt, als würde man ihn stören. Im weiteren Verlauf wurde er sogar aggressiv im Ton – eine absolut unangemessene Art, mit Kunden umzugehen. Die Kommunikation war respektlos, laut und teilweise beleidigend. Es gab keinerlei Verständnis oder Entgegenkommen, stattdessen nur Schuldzuweisungen und ein sehr herablassendes Verhalten. So geht man definitiv nicht mit zahlenden Kunden um! Auch organisatorisch lief einiges schief: Das Motorrad war nicht wie vereinbart vorbereitet, und es wurde keinerlei Mühe gezeigt, die Situation zu klären – ganz im Gegenteil. Ich habe mich weder willkommen noch sicher gefühlt. Fazit: Wer Wert auf einen respektvollen, professionellen Umgang legt, sollte diesen Verleih meiden. Es gibt genügend andere Anbieter, bei denen man freundlich und fair behandelt wird. Hier herrscht leider ein Ton, der absolut unterirdisch ist.
