The Price is cheap and the hostel is quite clean, but it is noisy, the wifi doesnot work in the bedroom, the lockers are too small to put your backpack and the staff is not helpful.
Good location, clean building and big bathrooms. Sort of loud because they recently opened so there was construction going on but friendly staff and good location
The hostel is very worth for the price. It cost just 99฿/night (room types: bunk bed only female) when I booked!!! I have stayed many grades of hotel, this 2-star does better than their grade in my opinion. The room is clean, cold A/C, good shared toilet , and some of facilities is already old but the hotel can keep overall environment clean and not smelly.
The only problem maybe about the reception is not ready for 24 hours in this pandemic period. But it's acceptable for me since the staff is nice and helpful when they give the service.
The service is so terrible.
First thing I saw when I arrived, there're many people waited in the front because there's no reception standing by at the counter, no staff at all. We have no idea if this place is still working or not. No direction. Not even the sign to let us know if the staff is on the break or go somewhere. The contact number is also not working, nobody answer the phone. Some of us have to wait since the check-in time(1pm.) until 4~4:30pm.
This is so unprofessional and unacceptable.
Then they gave us the excuse that they only have one staff(which I found out later she's also a guess who have the owner contact) at the moment who have to standing by all night so she will only start working from the evening. This person just do it to trade with the place to stay due to the pandemic situation.
I think if they are not ready to reopen then they shouldn't
