The staff was unfortunately really unprofessional and unfriendly. I asked a question about a product and the answer of the sales person was „you buy the product, you should know what’s in it“. Seeing the good reviews of this place I begin to wonder who even reviewed. 0/10 experience, probably even the most unfriendly staff I have encountered while being in Thailand.
