On the positive side, the store's environment was pleasant and inviting, making it a comfortable place to explore their offerings. The edibles they had were of high quality and definitely worth trying. However, the same can't be said for their buds. I found them to be less than impressive in terms of quality. It's clear that they have room for improvement in this area. One standout aspect was the friendly Thai girls on staff; they added a welcoming touch to the overall atmosphere. If you happen to run into Bo, one of the brothers, he's very personable and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the other brother was less than ideal. He seemed solely focused on profits and not interested in building customer relationships, which left a bad taste in my mouth. Due to this negative encounter, I won't be returning to Prime Botanica, and I can't wholeheartedly recommend it to others. It's a place with potential, but the lack of consistency in customer service and bud quality held back what could have been a better experience.
