Even though the store didn’t carry the exact gummies I was looking for, JJ didn’t stop there. She took it upon herself to research open pharmacies nearby, made several phone calls to find my regular medication, and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the pharmacy and return safely to our hotel. I honestly felt like I had an angel by my side. Her warmth, empathy, and attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. JJ didn’t just represent the store — she elevated it to the highest level. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine human connection when you’re far from home. The store itself is spotless, well-organized, with clearly labeled products and located centrally in Bangkok. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the customer experience — and that’s all thanks to JJ. I give this store 5 stars without hesitation and recommend it 100%.
