yes full beaches can have sun loungers close together then that's the right way to say it here! For me it was nothing!

Best location on Kata Beach! Ska Bar and seafood is one of the best restaurants in Kata. The food is always good, the service is great and the view is magnificent 😎🏖️🏝️🍹

BUSY!! Went over lunch time (it was about 1.30-2pm) and was so busy... I started chatting to table next to me as both thought we were forgotten! When my noodles arrived, it seemed I hadn't ordered a beer.... I just ate and left. If you go, be prepared to wait half an hour.

Food is mixed. Most Thai food is good. Omelets are great. Soups are great. Pizza is terrible. Cocktails are decent. The bar is strange. It's a ska/rasta bar but they never play any music! I remember about ten years ago they played music, but no more. Sad. But still a nice restaurant.

Sit at the outside bar built into the rocks

Walked in for dinner as a table of nine after an afternoon lazing on the beach. Not the slightest issue with us having no booking and the service was prompt and very friendly. Standard offerings menu wise, and all dishes ordered were beautiful, flavourful and hot. Reggae music wafting up the stairs from the bar below only added to the magnificent atmosphere. Don't miss out on this place.
