The clinic is clean and the staff provides great service. It's with the utmost regret I'm posting this review, because everyone at origin have become like family to me, honestly the most friendly likeable people you could ever wish to meet, I attended about 2, years ago for multiple facial procedures rhinoplasty facelift, also eye surgery, for about 3 weeks I was over the moon with the results, in-between the procedures I noticed my nose was becoming a little swollen and painful,on consultation was told it's ok and will settle,I returned the uk and within days puss was leaking from what was becoming a large hole in-between my nostrils with a repulsive smell also, Contacted origin and was told to aquire and take more antibiotics,I contacted English hospital for these,on inspection and culture, serious post operative super bug infection was found, Morganelli morgani that can turn to sepsis and if attacks the brain possibly fatal, I was admitted immediately into isolation for what turned out to be 17 days,for intravenous antibiotics night and day,this appeared to save the day, unfortunately 8 weeks later I'm back in again,this time for 14 days,the infection is resistant to antibiotics given, uk hospital wanted to cut out infected tissue but not cosmetically, anyway every 8-10 weeks in and out of isolation hospital while different antibiotics were tried, by this time it's October, thinking infection was under control, Contacted origin to see if Dr Lee would remove infected tissue cosmetically,was told he was attending in November, booked flights hotel and arrived only to be told Dr Lee would not be available until January, rather than waste flights I decided to stay the 3 months by going to Vietnam to extend the visa,(during the wait origin did their utmost to treat the infection with daily intravenous antibiotics) After surgery in January was devastated to find Dr Lee had only plugged the hole in my nose with a piece of tissue from my ear, on consultation was told it was unethical and dangerous to do more due to necrosis, had no choice but to return to uk,very unhappy I had wasted money and time on hotels,on return to uk in days aggressive infection returned,I was admitted in isolation again, seen by two different surgeons who said only safe option is to remove infected tissue, but they are unable to do it cosmetically because it's against uk free hospital treatment if any procedures is considered cosmetic in outcome. Contacted origin again and was told Dr Lee would be available in may, so I booked yet another flight only to be told again Dr Lee considered it unethical and dangerous due to necrosis,I'm more than devastated believe me,also origin wanted to end the saga, offered free brow lift which I seriously didn't want,but it's better than nothing so accepted, I'm in the situation I have infected ugly nose that has become so expensive in cost hospital time and inconvenience,I would rather have good shape infected nose than what I had, So contacted top clinic in Izmir turkey, explained I have infected nose tissue,they assured me at great cost,if I was able to remain in turkey for two months they could definitely help me. I also contacted Dr Lees clinic in Korea,was told if infection was under control for a year,they also at a cost would help, Now with this information and I'm still in Thailand without wasting any time or change flight,a well known Pattaya hospital agreed to see me,after expensive testing x-rays blood tests ect after only 1 day for a lot over 100,000 baht they would try to cosmetically remove and rebuild the nose, procedure took two hours,and one night in recovery, Operation deemed impossible by Dr Lee,was completely successful, after waiting months, spending weeks in hospital and thousands of pounds lost. In defense of origin although boss knew I was going to attend different hospital for surgery, she continued daily intravenous antibiotics in the hope it would help give the next surgery a good start , Dr Lee is a likable friendly and Im sure very capable and able surgeon why he was reluctant to help me,I have absolutely no idea, last picture me now

Bad experience. Came to this place for testosterone check. And questions about acne. Doctor was only interested in giving me botox for some small ringes in my forehead. So wary unprofessional. To days later I came back for my testosterone results. Got an envelope in the doorway. Whiteout any explanation about what the results ment. So all in all a bad and low costumer service.
