I arrived at 10:30 AM, well before the advertised 12:00 PM closing time, but was immediately told I only had 30 minutes to use the smoking area. After I started to smoke, the staff member approached me and asked me to provide my passport information on a paper. They also tried to charge me an extra 300 baht for a "cannabis card," claiming it was required by a new Thai law. This felt very suspicious, especially since I had visited other shops that same day that did not ask for this information or fee. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and felt like a scam. The staff member even stood next to me for several minutes using Google Translate to explain things, which took away from the little time I was given to relax. Due to the bizarre behavior and feeling like I was being scammed, I will not be returning to this shop.😡😡
