We loved staying here. I booked this on airbnb and we were accomodated last minute when we were traveling very late. The owner is very friendly and we met some awesome travelers along the way. Situated walking distance from the national parks and the owner can book you into a private kayaking tour that he guides if you'd like as well. The homestay is surrounded by beautiful mountains and located on a scenic little pond. And we had by far the best free breakfast cooked locally by his wife! Thanks so much!

Charming example of the classic family-run bamboo hut resort, quaintly decorated and in a quiet spot away from the main roads. Lovely host family. Very good value for money, too – breakfast and self-service refreshments are included in the prices which are lower than comparable offerings in the region. I'd like to give it 5 stars, but... man, those mosquitoes!

In addition to this post I added about 10 photos here. What can I say other than that it was such an incredible experience and my friends and I are lucky to have stayed here. We are a group of 4 and requested a house for all of us. Our house had three beds, one queen size and two twin size, a shower and toilet, a television, air-conditioning and fans. The house we stayed in is pqrt of a larger complex of about 8 houses, all centered around a pond. The people we met here allowed us to see thailand as locals instead of tourists. The owner of the complex made breakfast for us, which was traditional thai, and there is one picture of this breakfast. She is very generous and offered us free coffee and tea. This is a must go.
