The best sourdough bread I have had in Hua Hin. It's the real thing here. Haven't tried their pizza yet but it looks great. This small and friendly bakery is a welcome addition to life in Hua Hin.

Wir waren dreimal zu regulären Öffnungszeiten dort und diese dreimal war geschlossen. Es gibt keine Informationen an der Tür, keine Aktualisierungen, die man abrufen kann. Sehr schade, dass die Öffnungszeiten so unzuverlässig sind, denn das Brot ist sensationell. Wir brauchen aber beim Brotkauf keine Überraschungen.

Bought a chocolate brownie and it was delicious 😋 Nice flavour and texture with a bit of chewiness :-) The owner was friendly and even gave me an extra slice :-) You should definitely try this place :-)
Tasty and good bakery products and a decent new york style pizza. I am not a hig fan of nyc style pizza so i just bought it because i didnt have one in years and i didnt regret it.
Both pizzas I ordered for delivery were great, up there with my favourites in Bangkok. Will order again the next time I'm in town.
We were chilling at Karma Kafe with our coffees when this bakery across the street caught our eye. We asked the owner if we could sneak over and grab something, she just smiled and said, “Of course !”
The second we stepped inside, Boooom, the smell hit us. Freshly baked heaven. The owner was super kind, and even though we only picked up two small treats, he slipped us a free cookie. Absolute legend.
The place left such a good vibe that we’ve already decided, when we’re back in Hua Hin next March, this bakery is going to be our daily stop. It’s that good !!! 10/10
We’ve ordered pizza twice from Lawson’s and they do not disappoint! Hand down the best pizza we’ve had in Hua Hin. The sourdough crust is *fantastic*. If you’re lucky enough to catch them, the brownies are amazing too!
I have had pizza all over the world. I grew up in NJ eating amazing pizza from all over the East coast. This is some of the best pizza you will ever find. STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Scratch that... MUST TRY. (Pictures dont do it justice)

Today we tried a few products from Lawson's Artisan Bakery. If you're looking for a great tasting sourdough bread, you've come to the right place. The crust is deliciously crispy and the crumb is flavourfully sour and moist.
The pastries we ordered (chocolate cookie, cinnamon bun and mini pain au choc) were also very tasty.
Lawson's Artisan Bakery is a small artisan bakery with fair prices, considering that Thailand itself is not a bread country and baking sourdough is not easy here. High-quality flour is hard to find here and correspondingly expensive.
The owner of Lawson's Artisan Bakery is very friendly and very dedicated.
Eine kleine Bäckerei, mit ausgesprochen gutem Brot, Croissants und Cookies. Sie bieten sogar eine Lieferung frei Haus an. Wer gutes Brot in Hua Hin sucht, ist hier richtig.
After seeing a Facebook post, I had to check this place out for myself—wow. I can’t believe this bakery isn’t at the top of every Google search. Simply put, this is amazing sourdough bread. All the ingredients are either imported from Germany, France, or locally sourced for the best possible quality and flavor. I even heard the sourdough starter traces its roots back to San Francisco. Everything is baked fresh daily.
But it doesn’t stop there.
The chocolate chip cookies were soft, moist, and absolutely delicious. I’d honestly go back just for those. And the mini chocolate croissants? Easily top 3 in Hua Hin—flaky, buttery, and definitely not dry. The cinnamon rolls are ooey goody deliciousness.
The only minor downside is the limited parking, but they deliver anywhere in Hua Hin for free, so that’s hardly an issue.
If I could give this bakery six stars, I would. I reccomend showing up early, they sell out everyday.
Way over priced, they charge more than Europe and Thailand is suppose to be cheap!! Owner can't handle simply fact that these loaves are much cheaper in UK and become very defensive. Eat local food, pay local prices.

ourdough bread. We've been in Hua Hin for a year now and tried a few different bakeries and breads, but Lawson's makes by our opinion the best bread and bagels in Hua Hin we've eaten so far.
I used to buy New York bagels in the UK. We
like them but they are processed and they were never warm. Lawson's bagels are divine! Delivered warm and fresh. They are delicious. Thank you for a job well done 😊
Établissement remarquable à Hua Hin, tenu par un couple de Thaïlandais autodidacte. Peu de produits mais tous de grande qualité. Assurément les meilleures baguettes de tradition de Hua Hin surpassant les boulangeries françaises de la ville. Les croissants sont délicieux et sont faits au beurre d'Isigny. Il faut toutefois manger le pain rapidement car le climat n'est pas propice au maintien d'une croûte croustillante. Bravo.
Great service and delicious sour dough. They also made me a special cake for my son's birthday on request which was amazing. Very lovely couple that own this bakery who take pride in perfecting their baked food 🤗
