I’ve ordered from this dispensary a few times via LINE and Grab Messenger, but unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. Every interaction I’ve had—whether over the phone or via LINE—has felt impersonal, as if I’m just another number. For example, when I called to ask what types of vapes they had in stock, the person on the phone dismissively said, “many kinds,” only to later clarify they only had two. The tone was unhelpful and borderline rude. Since I live across town, I prefer to send Grab for convenience. However, the poor communication has made this process frustrating. On one occasion, after transferring the payment, the staff stopped responding for an hour. Each reply typically takes at least an hour, which feels unnecessarily long, especially given the language barrier. The selection online looks fantastic, and this could be a great place, but the staff (budtenders) are shockingly rude. I hope the owner reads this and takes steps to improve the customer experience before it’s too late. Wishing the business all the best.
