I used to like this place more but one particular staff member tells lies about customers who he doesn’t know behind their backs without any context. The prices are somewhat reasonable but others are exorbitantly priced. Service was par at best. Controllers are all dead, limited games, not allowed to change music (after being told we could). This place also decided to steal a charging cord I purchased to use personally for other devices as well as all the dead controllers. Sorry, but do better.

Und ein Stern extra für die super Ehrliche Mitarbeiterin! ! Habe dort nämlich mein i phone vergessen, und den Laden bereits verlassen. Die Lady hat es bemerkt und ist mir hinter gerannt um es mir zu bringen…. Klasse so viel Ehrlichkeit ist in meiner Stadt eher selten. Und daß hat mir eine Menge Stress erspart. Noch dazu hat Sie gute DJ skills gezeigt . Top Laden und Personal !!!

Puff Puff – the best chill spot in Patong! I’ve been stationed here for a few days and honestly, it’s one of the coolest places I’ve found in Phuket. The ground floor has a dispensary and some great merch, but it’s the upstairs that really sets Puff Puff apart — wall-to-wall couches, immersive art, a PS5 racing simulator, and even DJ decks to keep the session rolling. And the brownies? Next level. Absolutely delicious. What really makes this place special though is the hospitality and customer service — the crew behind the counter are absolute legends. Friendly, welcoming, and always up for a chat. If you’re in Patong or need a breather from the craziness of Bangla Rd nightlife – RUN, don’t walk! Puff Puff is the place to be. 🌿☕🎮🎶
