They confirmed an appointment with me and then completely failed to show up. When I called, I was told I had “cancelled” — which was a flat-out lie. I even had the confirmation email in hand. They rescheduled for the next day, and again, no one came. When someone finally showed up on the third attempt, he looked like he had just rolled out of bed and didn’t even apologize. The job was done hastily, sloppily, and parts were left dangling. I reached out to the company about the incomplete work — silence. If you like being ignored, disrespected, and overcharged, this is the company for you.

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The technician they sent didn’t fix anything. He just made the problem worse and charged me for it. When I asked him to review the work, he got irritated and said, “It’s done, you’ll see.” Well, I did see — the next day when the problem got even worse. I had to hire another company to fix what they messed up, and guess what? That technician told me the first guy used the wrong parts and incorrectly installed everything. I contacted the company demanding a refund or reimbursement — silence. I’m now out twice the money and furious. Stay away from these amateurs.

I hired this company based on their flashy website and a couple of Google reviews, but that was the biggest mistake of the year. From day one, they were disorganized, constantly late, and lacked basic courtesy. They promised to renovate my kitchen in 3 weeks — it took over 2 months, and the quality was far from acceptable. Cabinets were misaligned, tiles were cracked, and the countertops were cut short! I had to call in another professional to fix their mess. To make things worse, they ghosted me when I asked for a partial refund. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being stressed, ignored, and scammed.This company overpromises and underdelivers. They provided a detailed quote, took a large deposit, and then barely showed up. The few times they did, they left early or brought in workers who looked completely lost. I tried contacting their office — no one picked up for days. When I finally reached someone, they were rude and defensive. The job remained half-done for weeks before I finally fired them. Now I'm out thousands of dollars and stuck fixing their botched work. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau next.These people have no idea what they’re doing. They showed up unannounced, then had the audacity to blame me for not being ready. Their timeline was a joke. A 5-day project dragged into 5 weeks. They installed windows backwards, botched the plumbing, and still had the nerve to ask for full payment before the work was even done. When I refused, they threatened legal action. I had to hire a lawyer. Please, don’t let the same thing happen to you.

I’ve never dealt with a company that shows such little care for its customers. Everything about this experience was horrible — late arrival, rushed job, sloppy results, and no follow-up. The technician left the job unfinished, tools scattered on my driveway, and didn’t even let me know he was leaving. I only found out he was gone when I noticed the van pulling out. I called the company immediately and was told “we’ll get someone to follow up tomorrow.” That was 11 days ago. I’ve followed up every day. Nothing. They’re just hoping I’ll give up. Don’t give them your business — they don’t deserve it.

This company charged me upfront for a service and then sent out someone who had no idea what they were doing. It was obvious. He kept calling his supervisor, looking at YouTube tutorials, and asking me to “give him a minute” every 10 minutes. After four hours of complete fumbling, he gave up and said he would have someone else come the next day. That person never came. When I demanded a refund, they said, “We don’t do refunds, only rebookings.” I don’t want a rebooking — I want a competent technician or my money back. This company is an embarrassment and should not be operating.

I had to pay another professional to fix their mess. Total waste of time and money.

I’ve reached out seven times by phone and email to dispute the charge, and they’ve completely ghosted me. They’re happy to charge you, but vanish the moment something goes wrong. This is theft, plain and simple.

I hired this company hoping for professionalism — what I got was complete chaos. Not only did the technician show up late and unprepared, but during the service, he cracked my drywall, left greasy handprints all over my walls, and even damaged my kitchen tiles while dragging equipment. He worked like he was in a rush, did everything half-heartedly, and then told me I would need to “schedule another visit” to finish the work. They charged me full price for incomplete service and have ignored my follow-up calls and emails ever since. This is the kind of company that takes your money and vanishes. Run, don’t walk, in the opposite direction.
