They confirmed an appointment with me and then completely failed to show up. When I called, I was told I had “cancelled” — which was a flat-out lie. I even had the confirmation email in hand. They rescheduled for the next day, and again, no one came. When someone finally showed up on the third attempt, he looked like he had just rolled out of bed and didn’t even apologize. The job was done hastily, sloppily, and parts were left dangling. I reached out to the company about the incomplete work — silence. If you like being ignored, disrespected, and overcharged, this is the company for you.
If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The technician they sent didn’t fix anything. He just made the problem worse and charged me for it. When I asked him to review the work, he got irritated and said, “It’s done, you’ll see.” Well, I did see — the next day when the problem got even worse. I had to hire another company to fix what they messed up, and guess what? That technician told me the first guy used the wrong parts and incorrectly installed everything. I contacted the company demanding a refund or reimbursement — silence. I’m now out twice the money and furious. Stay away from these amateurs.

They installed windows backwards, botched the plumbing, and still had the nerve to ask for full payment before the work was even done. When I refused, they threatened legal action. I had to hire a lawyer. Please, don’t let the same thing happen to you.
