Best prices and quality in BKK. I’ve lived here on Soi 13 for 2 years and used to buy from the shops on Sukumvit; great quality and people, but tourist prices. Choo-Choo is off the beaten path and is a great chill spot to smoke. Needs more snacks, lol.
