Loved that little hotel/weed shop... great rooms only 4 rooms so you are lucky if you got in. You can smoke weed anywhere in the hotel but the rooms. Well located near the beach ⛱️ 😎 or you go up and you get the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, massage place, etc
The venue appears to be run by three young staff members (two girls and one guy). The guy is generally friendly and more social with customers, but the two girls are very quiet, introverted and mostly non-interactive. Customer service feels minimal, orders are taken, but there is little engagement, attentiveness, or initiative, which is unusual when working in a social job with customers.
The biggest issue is staff availability. Very often, when you enter the shop front counter to buy something, most of the time there will be no one there.. staff is just doing their own thing in the back of the shop not watching the front business area where customers are often waiting.
Customers regularly have to wait several minutes and eventually go looking for staff somewhere in the back of the property to get served. This happens almost every time I visited, even though the front counter is where service is expected and money is made, it does not seem a priority spot.
Cleanliness and upkeep are also a recurring problem. If I visit in the morning, have a drink, and then return later in the evening, there is a high chance that my empty bottle, can, or other trash is still sitting exactly where it was left hours earlier. This gives the impression that little to no table clearing or cleaning happens throughout the day.
Staff often appear focused on their own activities, friends and their phones rather than actively running the business. At times, ordering a simple drink required 15 minutes of waiting because staff were eating and said come back in 10 minutes.. overal very disappointing service.
At night, the atmosphere becomes particularly unprofessional. Friends of the staff frequently gather, and the place feels more like a private hangout than a business open to the public. Alcohol consumption by staff appears common in the evenings, and they often become loud and overly animated. On several occasions, behavior included shouting, rough joking, or play-acting physical confrontations, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable in a customer setting. Guest were often visibly avoiding sitting close to them (See pictures)
Music is another issue. The playlist is often controlled by staff or their friends, and the music choices can be overly loud, repetitive, or very strange, with speakers almost exploding. On more than one occasion, the music alone was actually unpleasant enough that I chose to leave.
Overall, the location itself has potential, but the way it is currently run feels casual and unstructured. It gives the impression of a place operated without clear standards for service, cleanliness, or professional boundaries. Compared to other cafés or similar venues in the area, the management and customer experience here are noticeably weaker.
With a consistent and social staff presence, basic cleaning, professional behavior, and clearer separation between personal hangouts and work, this place could improve significantly. But as it stands, I cannot recommend it.

Very quiet area. We stayed in the Purple room suite. It was so nice. Thai style bed big we slept great. You can smoke anywhere pn the property except the rooms. There is two 7/11s in eye sight from front and a 2 min walk to the beach. We will stay here again for sure.
