Amazing experience! We booked with Mr Bank at Wonderful Chiang Mai to visit an ethical elephant sanctuary, the Dantewada land of angels cafe and Sticky Waterfall. The cost was reasonable for the trip and Mr Bank kept in touch regularly with us and was happy to answer any queries, replying promptly. Our private driver was great and took photographs of us on our trip on the way round but also left us to explore at our own leisure. We had an amazing experience and couldn’t thank this wonderful service enough- thank you for amazing memories we will cherish forever 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Mr.Bank est juste incroyable. Il répond très rapidement, toujours disponible si vous avez des questions. Il est très attentionné et veille à ce que tout se passe bien dans la journée, dès que le guide est en chemin jusqu’au retour à votre logement. Il a pris soin de choisir chaque sortie en fonction de mes contraintes physiques, de la composition de notre famille, de l’âge des enfants, des horaires aéroport. Sans même lui demander, il vous conseille sur des lieux à visiter. Même une fois partis, il a pris soin de vérifier que nous étions bien arrivés à destination. C’est ultra sérieux, vous recevez le voucher de suite, toutes les personnes avec qui il travaille sont vraiment gentilles. Grâce à lui on a oublié le stress d’un pays inconnu, et on a eu un séjour à chiang mai bien plus exceptionnel qu’on aurait jamais imaginé. Merci merci merci infiniment pour tous ces moments que vous avez créé pour nous.
Very responsive and friendly people but they chose to work with Wendy's tour which is a horrible tour agency with bad transport and subpar tour guides.
Update: Main problem with Wendy tour is they are using minivan with broken down airconditioning. We were literally being cooked inside the van.

We booked 2 Van with baby seats, the van is very new and the driver drives very safe.
We went to elephant tour for half day and white&blue temple for one day, we had so much fun and create very good memories together!

行程的事前溝通非常細心，報價也合理。
尤其我們帶小朋友出門，老闆對小細節非常用心，甚至提前確認安全座椅的尺寸，感受到前所未有的用心服務。
我們參加了大象保育營半日與藍白廟一日遊，玩得非常開心，車子很新，司機也非常熱情開車也很穩很安全！甚至完全客製的行程也可以討論，非常有彈性。

Mr. Bank a été fabuleux. Il nous a aidé à créer un voyage qui été carrément en hors piste. Il a été très réactif, très gentil. Un super professionnel qui a à cœur de bien faire les choses. Bref je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci encore
I booked 3 tours with him. 2 in Chiang Mai / Chiang Rai, and 1 in Krabi.
The éléphant sanctuary tour (half day) was amazing, you come close to them, feed and bath them but don't ride.
Chiang Rai is a long day tour from Chiang Mai but you don't need to manage anything, just follow the guide. White temple is very impressive and so different, it really worth to be seen.
And in Krabi I did hong island tour, many tourists, but high season and beautiful beaches...
I had good prices because I booked several tours with him. He always answer on WhatsApp if needed. I recommend.
Mr Bank nous a organisé différentes excursions dont 2 à Chiang Mai (elephants/stickywaterfall, doi inthanon+ pagodes) et 2 à Krabi (4 Islands, tigercave/hotspring waterfall/emerald pool).

1、他開車很穩很安全
我跟朋友在車上完全可以好好休息還睡死
車子乾淨 沒有會暈車的噁心味道 椅子好坐
司機會簡單的英文 一般的溝通沒有問題
但太難的他可能會聽不懂
車上有藍牙可以播自己喜歡的音樂
路途不無聊
2、而且司機pong他人超級好
會陪我們進去景點幫忙拍各種網美照
知道各個景點的拍照機位 還超會拍！！
有時候我們在前面走一走
他還會特地叫我們等一下幫我們拍照
跟旅伴完全可以雙手大解放不用因為拍照吵架哈哈哈
3、出發前在台灣跟這間公司溝通順利

First of all, I highly recommend our driver, Pong.
1. Safe, smooth, and comfortable driving
He drives very steadily and safely.
My friend and I were able to rest well in the car — we even slept like babies 😴
The car was clean, with no unpleasant smells that cause motion sickness,
and the seats were very comfortable.
He can speak basic English, which is totally fine for normal communication.
For more complicated things, he might not fully understand, but overall it wasn’t a problem.
The car also has Bluetooth, so you can play your own music —
the ride never feels boring 🎶
2. Pong is seriously an amazing person
He would go into attractions with us and help take all kinds of Instagram-worthy photos 📸
He knows the best photo spots at each attraction and is really good at taking photos!
Sometimes when we were walking ahead,
he would even stop us and say, “Wait,” just to take photos for us 😆
With him, my travel companion and I could totally free our hands —
no arguing over who takes photos anymore 😂
3. Smooth communication before the trip
Before departure, we communicated with the company while still in Taiwan,
and everything went smoothly.
Email replies were reasonably fast,
and they also confirmed details with us again before the trip.

A real pleasure to work with, an amazing tour guide and travel agent. Mr Banks arranged everything from start to finish including our CAD tickets. He was available at all times and always checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying it. He made sure we got the time that we wanted. Recommend Mr Banks to everyone coming to Chiang Mai.

We had such a wonderful day with Wonderful Chiang Mai Travel! Jakkaphan was excellent at coordinating our last minute request for a tour and great with communication every step of the way! I asked for advice on places to see and he also added in a temple I had wanted to see to a tour he suggested! We did Wat Umong then drove and hiked up to Wat Pha Lat and then went to Doi Suthep. Our guide, T, was wonderful! He was so kind and informative and really taught us about Thai traditions, culture, and temple history. You could tell he truly cared to teach us! The van was very comfortable, clean, ample water bottles provided, and a safe driver! We will definitely book with them again and recommend them to friends! Thank you for an amazing and truly memorable day!

From beginning to end, Mr. Bank made us fall in love with Thailand. The experience from the very first moment we walked into his office until the final goodbye was truly exceptional.
