Like many coffee shops in this area, this place seems to focus mainly on tourists and the prices are very high. I recently bought activated carbon filters here for 600 THB, which are widely available online for around 400 THB (see picture).
The staff could also not explain why the exact same filters were sold at different prices. One package in plastic and another in a cardboard box cost 150 THB more, even though the filters themselves were identical. This gives the impression that the prices are chosen quite arbitrarily.
The prices for cannabis also appear to be extremely high. Some of the same strains that can be found in Bangkok for under 50 THB are sold here for several times that price. Even with promotions, the prices remain far above the usual market price.
In general, Pattaya Central seems to be the wrong place to buy cannabis. Most shops appear to focus mainly on tourists and charge five to ten times the normal price.
Overall, the prices feel strongly aimed at tourists. It is hard to imagine locals buying products here at these prices.
