I had a great time at Amsterdam Bar Patong! I stopped by for a few drinks and ended up staying longer than planned because the atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming. The location upstairs overlooking Bangla Road gives you a perfect view of the action below while still feeling comfortable and chilled. The drinks were well made and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. It’s a great spot to unwind, enjoy good music, and soak up the Patong nightlife without the overwhelming party chaos. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I’m in love with this place! You can enjoy the full experience of Patong without being in the crowd. The balcony give you a full view of all the main spots. The girls are always super welcoming and smiling and they offer a good range of drinks for anyone. If you are visiting is a must go for an amazing night out!

Среди всего хауса кричащей музыки, приставучих зазывал Бангла выбрали это заведение, надеясь на качество продукции. На террасе второго этажа удобно и уютно оказаться в относительном спокойствии, если сравнивать подобные заведения внизу. Сорта очень приличные, цены, конечно, в четыре раза выше, чем в любых магазинчиках подобной тематики на острове, но такова участь туристических мест. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Мы были вчетвером, две супружеские пары, взяли 1 грамм и пива на всех. Немного подождали, пока освободятся сидячие места и расположились на террасе. Всё было весело и замечательно, пока к нам не подошла какая-то официантка и стала грубо выгонять, мол, мы занимаем места, мешаем им работать, нечего тут рассиживать! Мужская половина нашей группы ахудивилась от такого подхода к клиентам. Ведь мы не какие-то там школьники, взявшие бутылочку воды на всю компанию, а взрослые люди (40-50лет), оставившие вполне приличную сумму для того, чтобы не быть выгнанными ещё даже не допив напитки! Крикливая барышня была решительно послана восвояси. Но униматься она не собиралась, кричала на всё заведение, подоспел любезный администратор, узнавший нас, ведь он снабжал необходимым для веселья. Спокойно объяснив ситуацию, обещали покинуть заведение, когда допьем. Однако, дамочка не могла никак успокоиться. Тогда администратор подошёл к нам ещё раз, посветил фонариком на бутылки, убедившись, что напитки там всё ещё есть, показал это своей сотруднице, и нас оставили в покое. Странные люди, нам, конечно, не привыкать к подобному после старой советской школы с буфетчицами, но, але, это уже другой мир. В этой стране миллион конкурирующих мест, чтобы в это не возвращаться больше.

You can sit, relax and watch the bangla road walking street from up. Prices are good especially suggesting long island ans they will give you tequila shot for free when you order a coctail.

Definitely one of the best rooftop chill spots in bangla road.
