Iâd give 2 stars because the place really is an hostel and itâs slightly misleading to be called Hotel.
However, if you are looking for an hostel here are my thoughts.
As any hostel the quality is limited, mattresses are either too hard or uncomfortable.
Thereâs no lift which makes it a bit of a hike to get to the 4th floor with backpacks.
The location I guess can be considered great from some, however be aware that thereâs no isolation whatsoever in the windows so you will hear music and chattering until 2/2.30am.
They have good offers and pricing, a wide menu choice and the staff is very nice and friendly.

Have stayed here several times whilst transiting through Bangkok.
A mix of dorms and private rooms - whilst simple they had comfortable beds and were exceptionally clean.
On each occasion the staff were consistently excellent - very friendly and helpful, even stored my luggage for a week for free while I was down in the islands.
Would 100% recommend.

The hotel is very close to the city center. Around the streets are very busy mainly from 6 pm until 04 am (night life) You can buy thai food for very cheap from the private food seller. (1 plate is about 80-100 baht Padthai) 2 McDonald's and a Burger King are near to the hotel. Lot's of bars where you can hear live music. You can find taxi easy.

If you don't mind the chaotic Khaosan Road, this place is a really nice hotel to stay at. Cheap price & comfy room.
This isn't a 5 star hotel by any stretch but if you're after a budget friendly, well located, comfortable place to stay near Khao San Road then this is perfect.
I stayed 4 nights in a private room and only had issues with the noise outside once and closing the window solved this.
The free breakfast included with some rooms was nice, especially that there's no time limit so I had it once at 8pm without any issues, saving money on food.
Wifi was good most of the time. Laundry costs about 70-100 baht depending on what you're washing with 50b to wash and 10b per 7 minutes on dryer.
Location was perfect for the backpacker area.
I didn't have to pay luggage storage fees which was nice and friendly staff helped with tours and airport transfer.
Just don't book the River Kwai tour from the book! The tour was a shambles but it was run by another company so I can't really hold it against the hotel.

The location is convenient on Khao San Road. Convenient transportation, clean rooms, may seem a little cramped. Good service staff But there may be noise when sleeping at night because there is a restaurant below.
It was clean and for the price it was very nice. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned to perfection daily. The dorm rooms had AC which was also a bonus.
The hotel rooms and food are quite expensive but it is a good place to sleep because the staff are very kind and helpful. Their Pad Thai is the best.
A nice place just off Khao San road. Good rooms and quiet in the evenings. WiFi worked well. Good restaurant and bar with plenty of choice on the menu.
Front desk staff was very nice. I booked a single room with a fan and shared bath for 2 weeks. Since I was staying for such a long time, the staff upgraded my room for free to a single room with AC and private bath. They have a 4 choices of breakfast to choose from so you won't get tired of the food easily. It's so convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs and a 7/11 next door. The place does have a smell when it rains tho.
In the middle of everything. Perfect location. We took a room without a bathroom in the room. Was still prefect for us because we were only there at night. No parking spots if you rent a scooter. Reception there 24/7. Super nice. Were able to store luggage. Welcome drinks were very thoughtful.
Very kind staff. The rooms are a little bit old and the shared bathrooms are quite narrow. Excellent restaurant, very good price and quality. It is located in a perfect position right behind kaosan road, the hub of the nightlife.
It's was not as good as looking in the display picture. But yes location is good easy access to Central City and rates are comparatively cheap than others hotels in this area.
