This company is nothing short of disgraceful. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then disappear when issues arise. I was promised a 2-day job with professional oversight. Instead, I got sloppy laborers who barely spoke, broke things they weren’t supposed to touch, and then walked off the job halfway through. The manager dodged all my calls and refused a refund. I had to hire another company to clean up their mess. I honestly don’t know how they have any customers left. They lie, they cheat, and they have zero respect for the customer.
From the first call, I should have known this company was a mess. The representative barely spoke English, was dismissive, and rushed me off the phone without answering a single question. They scheduled me for a morning appointment—no one showed up. I waited all day, called five times, and got no answer. The technician finally showed up 9 HOURS LATE, unprepared and unprofessional. He looked confused, made a mess of everything, and left with things worse than before. They then had the nerve to send me an invoice for TRIPLE the quoted price. When I called to dispute it, I was told “that’s how it works.” It’s not just bad service—it’s unethical. Avoid this circus at all costs.
