Ordered like I usually do and this time everything came pre rolled and on top of this it was sent to the wrong location even though I specified the correct location. They then blamed me for not saying I didn’t want it rolled? You the business are meant to ask the customer if they want it rolled, this is because it’s an additional service. Even after finding out I didn’t want it rolled and it got sent to the wrong address I asked for a refund and they said no and that they would fix it. They re sent me the bud that was already pre rolled and told me there was nothing I could do about it. It took 2 hours to complete the whole delivery.
I’m never coming back here again. Learn how to treat your customers correctly and admit to your mistakes, then fix those mistakes. Don’t blame the customer.
