They are in the process of renovating but can serve customers. Good scale. Smoke room available with good air circulation. Owner speaks English and was super cool.

This place does exist. I went to the location and there is a shop, but it's not at the exact location on Maps. It's a few meters south. Opens at 3pm daily, more signage going up as I write this review. Staff is friendly and very helpful! I would deduct a star for location accuracy, but the shop is new so I guess it will improve.
