worst customer service and terrible attitude over their own mistake which could have ended with me having a medical emergency. i ordered an oreo cheesecake ball and was given a peanut butter ball instead. i am EXTREMELY allergic to peanut butter. i bit into it not knowing and immediately spit it out. when i went back only about 2 hours later to explain the situation i was given a hard time even though it was no fault of mine and i literally could have had a serious reaction. their first excuse was i didnt tell anyone i was allergic to anything. which doesnt matter if i specifically ordered something i knew i wasnt allergic to and was given the wrong thing. and then they tried to convince me it was actually an oreo ball when it so obviously wasnt. i think the lady purposely gave me the wrong one because they knew they were out of the oreo at the time. after some unnecessary back and forth they finally just gave me my money back
