I had a very disappointing experience here and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
We rented a motorbike that already had very high mileage (around 100,000 km). The next day, the bike started showing multiple mechanical issues. We returned to the shop, and a kind Thai lady working there acknowledged the problem and replaced it with a smaller bike, asking us to come back later so they could check the original one.
When we returned in the evening, the owner was present. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became aggressive, accused us of damaging the bike, and even said we were lying. This was very upsetting, especially since his own staff member had already confirmed that the issue appeared to be mechanical and not caused by us.
When I mentioned contacting the police to resolve the situation, his behavior became even more intimidating, and I felt threatened by the way he spoke to me.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend renting from here. Please be careful and make sure to thoroughly check any vehicle before agreeing to anything.
The LCD display on the motorbike appeared to be damaged, and the attached photo is taken from a video recorded during the pre-inspection before we started using the motorcycle. He also threatened to hold my passport and escalate the situation, and another man joined him in a way that felt intimidating and made me feel unsafe.
Additionally, I want to note that the mileage shown was indeed correct at 98,000. However, when I raised a concern prior to collecting the motorbike, the response I received was, “Do you want to buy or rent?” With all due respect, this kind of reply suggests a reluctance to accept constructive feedback, which is important for improving customer experience.
