Среднее качество, цены тоже средние, тгк по моему не соответствует заявленным. В прошлый раз было много персонала, все стояли за прилавком и никто не смог элементарно помочь с выбором сильного сорта, тем временем что-то громко между собой шутили, я находил сорта сам и они говорили: да, да, этот хороший, при этом ничего о нем не зная. Что там делали так много людей, я не понял) С парковкой у них какие-то сложности и один раз зачем-то попросили снять шлем, ну хоть не разуваться) Выбор большой, но выбирать сложно и долго, так как на банках нет обозначений, кроме названия, приходится характеристики сорта искать в интернете, что занимает много времени
Гроушоп на Пхукете. Цены выше среднего. Ассортимент не очень большой.
I recently had the displeasure of visiting GrowLand Sam Pao, and I must say that it was an absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. It's quite astonishing that the negative encounter began even before entering the store, as it all unfolded during a parking incident.
I parked my car on a public parking space across from the store while waiting for my friend. Little did I know that this simple act would lead to a series of unfortunate events. As I was patiently waiting, the store owner suddenly emerged and demanded that I relocate my vehicle. However, I politely declined, as I didn't wish to stand under the scorching sun.
To my disbelief, the owner or perhaps a salesperson reacted with an excessive amount of hostility and negativity. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they proceeded to shower me with unwarranted aggression and even threatened to involve the police. It was a shocking and unnecessary escalation, to say the least.
One would expect a business in the marijuana industry, where relaxation and customer satisfaction should be a priority, to display a more compassionate and understanding approach. Unfortunately, that was not the case at GrowLand Sam Pao. The unprofessional behavior demonstrated by their staff was not only offensive but also completely uncalled for.
It's worth mentioning that customer service is a fundamental aspect of any establishment, and GrowLand Sam Pao has clearly failed in that regard. If they are incapable of handling a minor inconvenience such as a parking issue with professionalism and courtesy, one can only imagine the level of disregard they might have for their customers' needs within the store itself.
Based on this encounter alone, I strongly advise anyone considering visiting GrowLand Sam Pao to think twice before doing so. A business that displays such a lack of respect and professionalism towards potential customers from the very beginning should not be rewarded with your patronage. There are undoubtedly numerous other dispensaries in the area that value their customers and provide a far better experience overall.
In conclusion, my experience with GrowLand Sam Pao was nothing short of abysmal. From the moment I arrived and faced unnecessary confrontation, it was evident that this establishment does not prioritize customer satisfaction or uphold basic standards of professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and seek out alternative options for your marijuana-related needs.
