Instead of handling the situation professionally, they proceeded to shower me with unwarranted aggression and even threatened to involve the police. It was a shocking and unnecessary escalation, to say the least.<br><br>One would expect a business in the marijuana industry, where relaxation and customer satisfaction should be a priority, to display a more compassionate and understanding approach. Unfortunately, that was not the case at GrowLand Sam Pao. The unprofessional behavior demonstrated by their staff was not only offensive but also completely uncalled for.<br><br>It's worth mentioning that customer service is a fundamental aspect of any establishment, and GrowLand Sam Pao has clearly failed in that regard. If they are incapable of handling a minor inconvenience such as a parking issue with professionalism and courtesy, one can only imagine the level of disregard they might have for their customers' needs within the store itself.<br><br>Based on this encounter alone, I strongly advise anyone considering visiting GrowLand Sam Pao to think twice before doing so. A business that displays such a lack of respect and professionalism towards potential customers from the very beginning should not be rewarded with your patronage.
