Rasta Bar Koh Samet

Schöne Bar an einem tollen ruhigen Strand mit nicht zu lauter Musik. Gegessen haben wir nicht.

Spent quite a bit of time at Rasta Bar on Koh Samet between 18–24 March, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. Simon, the owner, is an absolute legend—super friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. You can tell he really cares about the place and the people who come through it. It’s got that perfect laid-back beach vibe you hope to find but rarely do: relaxed, unpretentious, and always a great atmosphere. The live music just adds to it—brilliant setting right by the beach with a proper chilled energy. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced, especially for the location, and everything I tried was spot on. The smoothies in particular are excellent—fresh, refreshing, and exactly what you want in the heat. It’s the kind of place you pop into once and then keep coming back to… which is exactly what I did. Next time I visit, I’ll be staying in the beach huts he has there. Honestly, it makes me want to return to Koh Samet again and again just to spend more time there. Highly recommended if you’re on the island.

Good food, relaxed atmosphere.

Absolutely without doubt our favourite place on Koh Samet, I mean whats not to like, sun, sea, amazing music, lovely staff. If I get to come back to Thailand next year I'm literally going to live on the beach outide this place and spend my money here! Also, their mixed berry smoothie is incredible! Simon, the owner is a lovely guy to boot! (ask him about his necklace its a great story) Until next time!!!

บรรยากาศดีมาก ทางเข้าเป็นลูกรัง ไปกลางวันดีมาก แต่ถ้าจะไปเที่ยวกลางคืนควรเหมารถไปดีกว่าเพราะเปลี่ยว แต่ถ้าพักใกล้ๆหรือที่นั่นจะดีมากๆเลย ชอบมาก ส่วนตัวมาก

L’endroit est un peu isolé, ce qui le rend encore plus agréable. Ici, pas de foule ni de bar bondé : c’est l’endroit parfait si vous cherchez un bar tranquille pour profiter du moment. On peut s’installer calmement, boire une bière ou un cocktail, écouter du reggae et simplement profiter de la mer et de l’ambiance. Si vous aimez les bars authentiques, loin de l’abondance de clients et avec une vraie atmosphère relax, c’est clairement l’endroit idéal. À consommer sans hésiter : cinq étoiles ! À bientôt 🌴🍹🎶

Chillige Vibes und Entspannung pur! Wer die ultimative Gelassenheit auf Koh Samet sucht, ist in der Rasta Bar genau richtig. Ein absolutes Muss für einen entspannten Abend. Meine Highlights: Atmosphäre: Die Bar bietet einfach tolle Vibes. Alles ist sehr chillig und ungezwungen – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Komfort: Es gibt super gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, perfekt um den Alltag komplett zu vergessen und die Zeit zu genießen. Fazit: Der perfekte Ort für gute Laune und maximale Entspannung. Volle 5 Sterne!

Ruhiger Strand zum Chillen geeignet. Wir haben es dort so sehr genossen. Danke an das beste freundlichste Personal.

Great place right on the beach. Our local as we were staying in the bungalows. We were only staying a couple of nights and ended up staying a week. Love it here, been many times and I will be back

Great highlight on our visit to Koh Samet! Loved being able to have drinks with waves lapping/crashing at our feet. We were able to walk here from where we were staying across the island at Kerala Coco. But beware of the wild dogs on the island. There was one sleeping at the back of the store that bit me, without provocation. Fortunately, it didn't break the skin, so I'm not goung to turn into a rabid werewolf or anything.

There’s nothing I love more than having a beer on the beach with the waves lapping at my feet. This place is my paradise! I didn’t get a chance to have the food but the people beside me were loving their meal. I will be back. Service was great and beer was cold

Three Nights Rasta Bar speaks for itself , hospitaliy good , great ambiance , great location on beach.

Очень атмосферное место. Приятная музыка. Волны у самых ног.
